Additional Rate Information and Terms   Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday Cabin Occupancy of 8 to 10 depending on number of Adults & Children Over occupancy additional - $100 per adult per week / $50 per child per week $200.00 refundable security deposit required Cleaning Fee based on number of occupants (Min. $65) Reservations held 3 days pending receipt of security deposit Full payment due 4 weeks prior to stay 100% refund if reservation cancelled no later than 30 days prior to stay Later cancellations subject to deposit forfeit if cabin is not re-booked Rates are subject to change without notice MountainRiverCabin.com Rules   No smoking indoors No hunting Check-in after 3 PM, Check-out before 11 AM Pet Restrictions   Small pets allowed subject to prior approval and with an additional $20.00 per pet, per stay fee We only allow adult "friendly/housebroken" dogs with a maximum weight of 35lbs. All cats must be de-clawed/neutered All pets must be 15 months of age or older
