Thank You Bill! September 18, 2001 24 Members, 12 Vettes On September 18th we gathered for dinner at Bill's Elbow Room to say thank you to Bill Foulkes, the owner of the Elbow Room. It was at Bill's that a few of us met back in March and decided it was time to start a new club and see what would happen. It was in April that we had our first meeting at Bill's. We continued to meet there through July and then had to move because we had out grown the available room. We continue to meet at the Elbow Room once a month just for the fun of it. Bill was instrumental in the formation of this club by allowing us to meet in his restaurant and has been very supportive of the club. President Greg Carter presented Bill with a plague from the club to say thank you. Bill announced he is going to by a Vette and join the best club in town.
