On Sept. 16th we planned an activity to the local University UCF-USF football game at the Citrus Bowl. Holler Chevrolet sponsored us with free ticket and tee shirts printed with Holler Chevrolet supports UCF. Just a hand full of us went and parked under a tree about 12:00.

Once there we pulled out our chairs in the shade and started our eating and drinking frenzy. The band started about 2:00 and we walked around to our seats. We had wonderful seats with a great view, thanks to Katreece Dunbar who pursued Holler for tickets and then surprised us with free shirts, to support UCF. Once inside Katreece hooked up with some friends from Holler who got us free passes into the Holler air conditioned tent. Under the tent was a full buffet of steaks, ribs, hamburgers, salads, potatoes, beer, soda and water.

We sat at tables in the air conditioned tent eating and watching the UCF game on TV; sampling complementary beer from Orlando Microbrewery. The girls had colored beads and megaphones, and free programs were handed out. Stepping out side we cheered for UCF as we were right behind the goal post. Katreece and her co workers ventured off to shoot tee shirts into the crowed with the sling shot. People were running from all over to catch a shirt, falling on people and fighting over tee shirts. It was crazy! It was a close game, tied to the end and then we couldn't get the ball in the end zone. USF won by a touch down. We enjoyed ourselves because we made the best of it, even though we lost and mainly because of Katreece Dunbar who was able to pull some strings and get us into the game and tent for free. WOW! Thanks for making it a GREAT activity!
