Florida Estates Winery June 26, 2004 Click The Small Pics For Big Pics On Sat. the 26th, 21 of us went to the Florida Winery just east of Dade City. Well we started out with 18 at the rest stop on I 4 just west of Clermont. Unfortunately Patricks car had fuel filter problems and he had to call a tow truck. That left us with 16 we picked up 2 more on the way to the winery and meant a new member at the winery. So the final talley was 19. The winery was interesting, with the wine tasting and all. After the wine tasting and a class on wines, we took an 11 mile trip back to Dade City down a nice country road with some great scenery . We had lunch at a great restaurant called Kafe Kolcopelli. The food was really good and inexpensive the atmosphere was quite unique. Everyone in the group had a wonderful time. After lunch some of the group stated in town to do some antiquing. Jim Bott and myself headed back home via 50 and had a great ride down some back roads of Florida. Those of you who could make it missed a really nice outing. Hope to see you all at the next one.
